The logic seems to work out from an outsider’s perspective, too, to the point that even some places like Reddit came to the same conclusion. Even so, it’s not unreasonable to assume this kind of directive was in place for all of Disney’s licensed games during that period. After all, Castle only worked on The Lion King, so he can only speak for that game. This is by no means a sure explanation for what happened with Aladdin, mind you. As a result, they instructed Castle and his team to increase the difficulty to lengthen playtime. Jirard teams back up with Dodger of Press Heart to Continue to tackle Aladdin, this time for the Sega Genesis.Subscribe. Allegedly, the company had been analyzing statistics related to their games and rentals at places like Blockbuster, having found that games that could be beaten in less than a day (the normal rental window) were less likely to get bought. Just the other day i remember that when i was rolling down my steam list, almost 500 games now, and realized that it VERY cool to have digital games nowaday ( just like Kevin my vita is my 1st console of choice when i travel) but i think that a game do not consist only on the experience of playing it but the whole process of waiting for the launch day, opening the box, reading the manual and contemplate the art on the cover and label.

My first console back in the day was the Master System (Sega kicked Nintendo´s ass here in Brazil, so no jokes :D) and for a long time it kept this way even when almost every friend of mine got the snes.I used to buy snes games to play on my friend´s house now and then on the weekends but by the most part the games stayed with me so all i could do was read the manuals and browser though the covers and screenshots a LONG time in tha day. Amazing work as always guys, i just want to throw my 10 cents about all that keep-or-not-to-keep games we don´t play:īear in mind english is not my primary language ok? XD
